KENYA TOUR – PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

01 | INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Economy-class international flight tickets for both onward and return journeys are included. Flight routes, airlines and timings will be as per the confirmed tour itinerary.

02 | ACCOMMODATION

Enjoy comfortable stays in carefully selected hotels and safari lodges throughout your Kenya adventure.

03 | TRANSPORTATION

Enjoy comfortable airport transfers, intercity travel and sightseeing transportation throughout the tour. Experience your safari adventure in a 4×4 Land Cruiser, with transfers covering Nairobi, Masai Mara and Lake Naivasha, including arrival and departure airport transfers.

04 | MEALS

Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner as specified in the day-wise itinerary. Indian meals are provided at designated locations, along with a packed picnic lunch during the Masai Mara safari. Arrival-day lunch and dinner are included, while departure-day breakfast is subject to flight timings.

 

05 | VISA & TRAVEL INSURANCE

Kenya visa arrangements are included for all travellers, ensuring a convenient travel experience. Complimentary travel insurance is provided for travellers below 60 years of age.

06 | SIGHTSEEING & ACTIVITIES

All entry tickets for the sightseeing attractions, national parks and activities mentioned in the tour itinerary are included.

NAIROBI – CITY TOUR & CULTURAL EXPERIENCES

Explore Kenya's vibrant capital on a guided city tour. Visit the colourful Maasai Market for traditional handicrafts, souvenirs and local shopping. Enjoy a campfire evening with music and dance, subject to the confirmed programme.

GREAT RIFT VALLEY – SCENIC VIEWPOINT

Travel through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley on your journey to Masai Mara. Stop at a scenic viewpoint to admire the spectacular landscapes and capture memorable photographs.

MASAI MARA – WILDLIFE SAFARI

Experience thrilling game drives in the Masai Mara National Reserve aboard a 4×4 Land Cruiser. Explore the vast savannah with opportunities to spot Africa's Big Five and other wildlife. Enjoy a full-day safari and visit a traditional Maasai village to discover its rich culture and traditions.

LAKE NAIVASHA – BOAT SAFARI

Enjoy a scenic boat ride across the beautiful waters of Lake Naivasha, with opportunities to observe hippos, diverse birdlife and stunning natural surroundings.

HELL'S GATE – NATIONAL PARK ADVENTURE

Discover the dramatic cliffs, towering rock formations and scenic landscapes of Hell's Gate National Park. Enjoy wildlife viewing and explore the park's remarkable natural beauty as per the planned itinerary.

Note: The campfire with music and dance is mentioned in the inclusions but not in the Day 1 itinerary provided earlier. Its timing and availability should be confirmed before publishing the final package.

Exclusions

KENYA TOUR – PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS

01 | TIPS & GRATUITIES

Guide and driver tips of USD 3 per person per day, totalling USD 15 per person for 5 days, are not included. Any additional gratuities for guides, drivers, tour managers or service staff will be at the traveller's own expense.

02 | ADDITIONAL MEALS & BEVERAGES

Meals other than those specified in the day-wise itinerary are not included. Additional food, snacks, beverages and special meal requests ordered at personal discretion will be charged separately.

03 | OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS & SIGHTSEEING

Any optional tours, excursions or activities not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded. Additional entrance fees, activity tickets and services of independently hired local guides will be at the traveller's own expense.

04 | PERSONAL EXPENSES

Personal expenses such as laundry, porterage, telephone calls, room service, minibar purchases, alcoholic beverages, mineral water and other services outside the regular tour arrangements are not included.

05 | ADDITIONAL VISA EXPENSES

Any additional visa-related charges or expenses beyond the standard Kenya visa arrangements included in the package will be borne by the traveller.

06 | OTHER EXPENSES

Any service, activity, transportation or expense not specifically mentioned under “Kenya Tour Inclusions” or listed as included in the day-wise itinerary will be considered an additional expense and is not covered by the package.

Payment Policy

KENYA TOUR – TERMS & CONDITIONS

01 | BOOKING TERMS

A minimum booking deposit of ₹50,000 per person is required to reserve a seat on the tour. The deposit is non-refundable. For bookings made within 40 days of departure, 100% of the total tour amount must be paid to confirm the reservation and initiate visa processing.

02 | CANCELLATION REQUEST

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Applicable cancellation charges will be calculated according to the cancellation policy and the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure.

03 | VISA & PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

All travellers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure. Visa processing is subject to the requirements, approval procedures and timelines of the relevant immigration authorities.

04 | VISA DELAY

In case of visa processing delays, travellers may be required to join the next available group departure, subject to seat availability and applicable arrangements.

05 | VISA APPROVAL

Once a traveller's visa is approved, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted, as specified under the tour's visa policy.

06 | VISA REJECTION

In the event of visa rejection, ₹25,000 per person will be deducted from the tour amount paid, and the remaining balance will be refunded as per the stated visa rejection policy.

07 | FAMILY MEMBER'S VISA REJECTION

If a traveller's visa is approved but they choose to cancel because a family member's visa has been rejected, no refund will be provided for the approved traveller's booking.

08 | TOUR ARRANGEMENTS & COMPANY POLICY

Airline tickets, hotel accommodation, transportation and other group tour services are arranged and reserved well in advance. Flying Passport Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel tour arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances. Travellers may be offered alternative departure dates or applicable refunds, subject to non-refundable charges and booking conditions.

09 | IMMIGRATION & GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS

Flying Passport Tours shall not be responsible for expenses arising from deportation, visa overstays, immigration violations or other government-related restrictions. Travellers are responsible for complying with applicable travel and immigration regulations.

Important note before publishing: The visa rejection refund of ₹25,000 conflicts with the earlier policy stating that the ₹50,000 booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. These provisions should be reconciled to clarify whether visa rejection is an exception. Also, Kenya generally uses an Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA), so the visa-related terminology and procedures should be checked against the requirements applicable to your travellers.

Cancellation Policy

KENYA TOUR – CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled tour departure date.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A ₹50,000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total tour package cost.

• The ₹50,000 booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• The non-refundable deposit forms part of the applicable cancellation charges and is not charged separately, unless otherwise specified.

• The cancellation policy applies to all bookings, regardless of when the reservation was made before departure.

Note: Cancellation charges apply according to the number of days remaining before departure. Any refundable balance will be calculated after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and ensuring the minimum non-refundable deposit of ₹50,000 is retained.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

FLYING PASSPORT TOURS PVT. LTD.

01 | BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

For bookings made within 40 days of departure, 100% of the total tour amount must be paid to confirm the reservation and initiate travel authorisation arrangements. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

02 | CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Applicable cancellation charges will be calculated according to the confirmed tour cancellation policy. Once travel authorisation is approved, no cancellation or refund will be permitted under the stated booking conditions.

03 | TRAVEL AUTHORISATION DELAY OR REJECTION

Travel authorisation processing is subject to the relevant government authorities and their timelines. In case of delays, travellers may be required to join the next available group departure.

In case of rejection, ₹25,000 per person will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded, subject to confirmation of the applicable refund policy. Travellers whose authorisation is approved must travel as scheduled, even if a family member's application is rejected, unless an alternative arrangement is approved.

04 | BOOKING CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

Flying Passport Tours reserves the right to amend, reschedule or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. In such situations, travellers may be offered alternative tour dates, another tour package or independent travel arrangements.

Any additional expenses associated with alternative arrangements may be payable by the traveller, subject to prior communication.

If the alternatives are not accepted, applicable refunds will be processed without interest after deducting eligible non-refundable costs already incurred. The stated refund processing period is up to 120 days from the date of amendment or cancellation.

05 | BOOKING CHANGES BY THE CUSTOMER

Travellers requesting changes to confirmed bookings must inform the company in writing. Flying Passport Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, subject to availability, supplier conditions and applicable amendment or cancellation charges.

06 | GOVERNMENT & IMMIGRATION REGULATIONS

Travellers must comply with all applicable immigration, entry and exit regulations. Flying Passport Tours is not responsible for deportation, denied entry, visa or authorisation overstays, or penalties arising from a traveller's violation of government requirements.

Any applicable fines, penalties or additional expenses will be the traveller's responsibility.

07 | AIRLINE, HOTEL & SUPPLIER CHANGES

Airlines, hotels and other suppliers may change schedules, routes, services or operating conditions without prior notice.

Flying Passport Tours reserves the right to make necessary changes to airlines, flight routes, accommodation or travel arrangements to maintain tour operations. Any applicable additional expenses will be communicated to travellers.

Guests joining the group independently are responsible for arranging their own travel to the revised meeting point if flight changes affect the itinerary.

08 | TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

All travellers are responsible for carrying valid passports, required travel authorisations, tickets and other necessary documents.

Passports must meet the destination's applicable validity requirements, including a minimum of six months' validity where required.

Travellers must carefully verify their names, passport details, travel dates and flight timings and promptly report any discrepancies.

Incorrect, incomplete or invalid travel documents may result in denied boarding or entry, with resulting expenses borne by the traveller.

09 | AIRLINE & FLIGHT POLICY

Flying Passport Tours may change the advertised airline, flight route, transit airport or departure and arrival schedules when operationally necessary.

Airlines may independently cancel, reschedule or delay flights. In such cases, the tour itinerary may be modified accordingly, and the company will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternative arrangements.

Travellers will be informed of significant schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.

10 | TRAVEL AUTHORISATION PROCESSING

Flying Passport Tours will assist travellers with the documentation and application procedures included in the Kenya tour package.

Approval, rejection and processing timelines are determined solely by the relevant government authorities. The company cannot guarantee approval.

Additional documentation, interviews or application-related expenses not expressly included in the package will be the traveller's responsibility.

11 | TRAVEL AUTHORISATION STATUS

The company will provide necessary supporting travel documents, including hotel confirmations, flight details and relevant tour arrangements, as required.

Travellers will be informed when their application status is confirmed. Delays or rejections arising from government processing are outside the company's control.

12 | GENERAL CONDITIONS

All tour arrangements are subject to availability, operational requirements and relevant government regulations. Travellers are expected to follow the instructions of the tour manager and comply with applicable local laws.

Any service or expense not specifically mentioned under the confirmed tour inclusions will be treated as an additional expense.
