DAY 01 – ARRIVAL IN LIMA

Arrive in Lima at approximately 6:00 AM. After completing the arrival formalities, meet our local representative at the airport and transfer comfortably to your hotel.
Upon arrival at the hotel, enjoy early check-in and take some time to relax after your journey.
Welcome to Lima, Peru’s vibrant capital and a modern metropolis rich in history, culture and heritage. With a population of nearly 10 million, Lima offers a fascinating combination of colonial charm and contemporary city life.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at the hotel followed by a comfortable overnight stay in Lima.

DAY 02 – GUIDED LIMA CITY TOUR
After breakfast, begin a guided city tour of Lima, exploring the city through its three fascinating historical periods — Pre-Hispanic, Colonial and Modern.
Start with a panoramic visit to Huaca Pucllana, an impressive ceremonial and archaeological complex dating back to the 4th century AD.
Continue to the Historic Center of Lima, where you will see important landmarks and colonial buildings including Paseo de la República, Plaza San Martín, Plaza Mayor, Government Palace, Archbishop’s Palace, Cathedral Basilica and Municipal Palace.
Visit the remarkable San Francisco Monumental Complex, one of Lima’s finest examples of colonial religious architecture, and explore its famous underground catacombs.
Later, discover Modern Lima, passing through the elegant areas of Olivar de San Isidro, Miraflores and Larcomar.
Conclude the day with a meal at Cala Restaurant, enjoying beautiful views overlooking the sea.

DAY 03 – PARACAS, BALLESTAS ISLANDS, ICA & HUACACHINA
Depart from Lima at approximately 4:00 AM and travel south to Paracas, arriving around 8:00 AM.
Upon arrival, transfer to the dock and board a boat for an exciting Ballestas Islands excursion. Enjoy panoramic views of Paracas Bay and see the mysterious El Candelabro, a huge ancient geoglyph carved into the desert hillside.
Continue towards the Ballestas Islands, known for their rich marine life and large colonies of resident and migratory birds. Keep an eye out for sea lions and other wildlife along the way.
After the boat excursion, continue to Ica and enjoy lunch.
In the afternoon, experience the spectacular Ica Desert with an exciting tubular buggy ride across the sand dunes. Reach a high viewpoint for beautiful panoramic views of the famous Huacachina Oasis.
Enjoy some free time to walk on the sand, take photographs and experience the unique desert surroundings before beginning the return journey to Lima.

DAY 04 – LIMA TO CUSCO & CUSCO CITY TOUR
Transfer from your hotel in Lima to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, meet our local representative and transfer to your hotel.
Enjoy a light lunch at the hotel and take some time to settle in.
Later, begin a guided Cusco City Tour, starting with a visit to the Cathedral of Cusco followed by the impressive Temple of the Sun – Qoricancha, one of the most important religious sites of the Inca Empire.
Continue to the outskirts of Cusco to explore four remarkable archaeological sites:
Sacsayhuaman – Famous for its massive stone walls and impressive Inca engineering.
Qenqo – An ancient ceremonial site associated with religious rituals.
Puka Pukara – A historic military and administrative complex.
Tambomachay – Known for its sophisticated Inca water channels and fountains.

Begin your full-day Sacred Valley excursion with a visit to Pisac, one of the most fascinating destinations in the valley.
Explore the colourful Pisac handicraft market and discover the nearby Inca archaeological complex, known for its remarkable irrigation systems, agricultural terraces, astronomical observatory and the famous Intiwatana sundial.
After exploring Pisac, continue through the beautiful Sacred Valley and enjoy a local lunch.
Later, visit the impressive ruins of Ollantaytambo, an important Inca administrative, ceremonial and fortified center. Explore its temple, terraces, urban areas, defensive walls and towers, while learning about the extraordinary engineering and architecture of the Inca civilization.
After the excursion, return to Cusco for an overnight stay.

Upon arrival, our local staff will assist you with the bus journey to the entrance of Machu Picchu.
Explore the legendary Machu Picchu, one of the finest examples of Inca architecture. Discover its remarkable stone structures, terraces and breathtaking mountain surroundings while learning about the history and significance of this extraordinary archaeological site.
After the visit, return by bus to Aguas Calientes and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

DAY 08 – JOURNEY TO MUYUNA LODGE & FIRST AMAZON IMMERSION
After breakfast, depart from your hotel before 10:00 AM and begin your journey deep into the Amazon.
Travel by road and river to Muyuna Lodge, with the total journey taking approximately three hours.
Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at the lodge before beginning your first jungle immersion. Discover the incredible biodiversity of the Amazon and look out for the pygmy marmoset, known as the smallest monkey in the world.
Continue with a visit to the botanical garden, where you can learn about native Amazonian plants, their local uses and environmentally friendly composting practices.
After dinner, embark on an exciting nocturnal boat excursion through the rainforest waterways. Keep watch for caimans, nocturnal birds and mammals as the jungle comes alive after dark.

After breakfast, continue your Amazon adventure with a boat excursion and visit to a local village, offering a closer look at life in the rainforest and the traditions of the local community.
After lunch, head out to observe the remarkable Hoatzin, a prehistoric-looking bird commonly found around Amazonian swamps and wetlands.

Spend some leisure time relaxing on hammocks and poufs, or enjoy a refreshing swim in the Yanayacu River before returning to the lodge.
After lunch, depart from the lodge and travel back to Iquitos.
Later, enjoy a guided Iquitos City Tour, exploring the main attractions of this historic Amazonian city. See the famous Iron House, stroll along the Iquitos Boulevard overlooking the Itaya River and surrounding jungle, and visit the artisan market, where local handicrafts are made using materials from the Amazon rainforest.
Continue with a visit to the Amazon Museum, which showcases the history and culture of the region, including life-size representations of indigenous communities from Peru, Brazil and Venezuela.

Payment Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking & Payment
- A minimum booking amount of ₹75,000 per person is required to reserve the seat and confirm the booking.
- 100% of the tour amount must be paid within 40 days of the travel date to complete the booking and visa-processing requirements.

Cancellation Requests
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
- As tour services such as flights, hotels and ground transportation are generally blocked well in advance, cancellation charges and applicable supplier deductions will apply.
- The company may amend or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers may be offered alternative tour dates or an eligible refund after applicable non-refundable charges are deducted. Pasted text
Visa Cancellation & Refund
- The document states that a minimum advance amount of ₹25,000 plus applicable visa charges is non-refundable in cancellation cases.
- In case of visa rejection, ₹25,000 will be deducted and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

Changes or Cancellation by the Company
Flying Passport Tours Pvt Ltd reserves the right to make necessary changes to a confirmed tour when circumstances beyond its control require adjustments.
Where possible, the company may offer:
- Alternative tour dates or an alternative tour
- An option to travel individually rather than with the original group
- An eligible refund after deducting costs already incurred on the traveller's behalf
Any additional expense arising from an alternative individual arrangement may need to be borne by the customer.

Changes Requested by the Customer
If a customer requests a change to their booking, the company will try to accommodate the request subject to availability, supplier conditions and applicable cancellation/change charges.

Airline, Hotel & Supplier Changes
Airlines, hotels, suppliers, airports or destination authorities may change schedules, operating rules, entry requirements or service conditions.
Flying Passport Tours Pvt Ltd may therefore need to change:
- Airline
- Flight sector or routing
- Boarding or arrival point
- Domestic flight connection
- Tour itinerary or schedule
If such changes result in additional expenses, the source states that these may need to be borne by the traveller.
Guests travelling on separately booked flights are responsible for reaching the revised group starting point at their own expense if airline delays or schedule changes alter the tour itinerary. Pasted text
Travel Documents
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all valid travel documents required for the journey, including:
- Passport
- Visa
- Re-entry permit, where required
- Vaccination certificates, where required
- Other immigration or government documentation
Any fines, penalties or expenses resulting from invalid, incomplete, lost or incorrect documents will be the responsibility of the traveller.
All airline tickets must be issued in the same name as shown on the traveller's passport/photo identification.
Customers should carefully verify their:

Visa Process
Flying Passport Tours will provide the necessary supporting land documents available for the visa process, such as hotel confirmations, airline confirmations, transportation confirmations and supporting letters where applicable.
Applicants may be required to personally visit the relevant VFS/visa application centre for biometrics or document submission depending on the destination country's requirements.
Any additional VFS, appointment, premium-service, interview or consular charges that are not part of the confirmed package must be borne by the applicant.
Visa-processing times and visa decisions are entirely subject to the respective consulate, embassy or immigration authority.
Flying Passport Tours will provide assistance and supporting documentation but cannot guarantee visa approval and is not responsible for delays or rejection by the concerned authorities. Pasted text
Important Clarification Before Publishing
Your source document contains conflicting non-refundable booking/service amounts:
- ₹75,000 minimum booking amount
- ₹25,000 minimum non-refundable advance in several cancellation/visa clauses
- ₹20,000 service charge/advance in another section

For cancellations made 90 days or more before the departure date, 25% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
