What is the point in showing tours which are expired 🙂 Maybe you can mention it so that viewers need not see those.

Dear Flying Passport Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently returned from the Vietnam tour organized by your company, and I wanted to share some honest feedback based on my experience. While I chose this tour to support a Karnataka-based company and despite the higher cost, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to a series of issues that arose during the trip.

Inexperienced Guide: The guide accompanying our 36-member group appeared to be very inexperienced. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the group was not properly guided on the next steps, such as where to go for immigration. Some of us, who had traveled internationally before, took the initiative to go through immigration, while others were left unsure of what to do.

Delayed Pickup: After clearing immigration, we were instructed to wait near a pillar for the local guide to pick us up. However, we ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes before the guide arrived to take us to the hotel.

Rooming Issues for Solo Travelers: Solo travelers who were initially told they would have double-sharing rooms were unexpectedly made to share rooms with three people, creating unnecessary confusion and discomfort. There was a lack of clear communication regarding this change.

Lack of Clear Itinerary and Poor Coordination: The itinerary provided had no specified times for events, which led to confusion. The guide’s communication skills were insufficient to effectively manage the group, and the local guide’s explanations were not properly translated into Kannada, making it difficult for many of the elderly participants to follow along. This lack of clarity resulted in distractions, and the tour experience became less enjoyable for many.

Hotel Quality vs. Expectations: The hotels were advertised as 4-star properties, but they were outdated, with some possibly having been 4-star hotels 20 years ago. A quick search on Google showed that room rates at these hotels were much lower (under INR 3,000), yet we were paying far more (INR 22,000 to INR 30,000 per night), which did not seem to justify the price.

While the destinations themselves were enjoyable, the poor planning and execution made the trip less than ideal. This is the first vacation where I found myself eager to return home

Recently finished vietnam tour with this flying passport agency …My experience with the travel agency was disappointing. Despite paying for double occupancy, we were asked to share a room with three people. Many aspects of the trip were poorly organized, causing unnecessary confusion and discomfort. It was frustrating to deal with these issues, especially since we had paid for a certain level of service that was not provided.

Pls note asha and Kiran won’t be joining you and send a travel guide who s not at all experienced or have a slight idea of how a trip is organised or deal with things !

Worst experience it was … If possible opt for some professional trip agency .. these people are here to mint money and not provide service …
